I LOVE AWARD SHOWS!!!  Ridiculous outfits, awkward scripted skits, and all of our favorite stars in one place!  They're especially fun when they're filled with foreign accents and EuroFlair! The MTV Europe Music Awards went down in Belfast, Northern Ireland tonight and tons of Big Ape artists were there for the occasion!  (Check out some photos here!)  

Lady Gaga wore a contraption that was slightly reminiscent of something one would place on their roof for TV reception.  I feel bad for anyone seated behind her.  (Holy view obstruction, Batman!)  Her performance of her new single, "Marry the Night" was really cool, though!  She was standing on top of a giant moon!   Gotta say... I kid about her outfits, but I do love me some Gaga!   Mother Monster scored a bunch of awards including Best Female, Best Song and Best Video for "Born This Way." Paws up! 

Bruno Mars was another highlight of the show!  His performance was great as always and he rocked an, er, interesting pink jacket on the red carpet.  (See boys?  You CAN wear pink... )  Bruno also nabbed a few awards.  Katy Perry was so cute!!  She didn't perform, but she presented.  She also hung out with Adam Lambert on the red carpet!  Cuteness!!!!

The Biebs took home a few awards and, yes, I'm assuming he also took home the host of the show, Selena Gomez.  On the red carpet, he shot down those cray cray baby daddy rumors and later performed his new Christmas song, "Mistletoe."  Selena was absolutely adorable!!  The camera just loves her and she changed her outfit at least 8 times!   I loved the sparkly purple, slinky dress she wore for her performance!  Oh and Snooki and JWoww made an appearance, but thankfully they didn't sing anything.  

Party Rock was in the HOUUUUSE with LMFAO... performing inside a giant zebra.  It was fun and also lulzy.  David Guetta did a couple tracks with Taio Cruz, Ludacris and Jessie J.  Coldplay opened the show, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers rocked it, too.  

BUT.......  THE PERFORMANCE OF THE NIGHT WAS QUEEN WITH A SPECIAL APPEARANCE BY ADAM LAMBERT!!!  Yes, I'm slightly biased because Adam Lambert is my favorite EVER, but you must watch this for yourself.... he BLEW IT UP!!!  I mean, I talk for a living and I have no words... that's how fantastic it was!  And I mean, it was with the legendary QUEEN!  EPIC!  Prepare for a medley of "The Show Must Go On," "We Will Rock You," and "We Are the Champions."
