Miley Cyrus Denies Posting Pot Photo MILEY CYRUS apparently posted a picture of herself on Instagram yesterday SMOKING POT. And it included the caption, "High as [Eff]."
Miley sortof denies that it is her… She Tweeted this last night, "I don't have an Instagram." But there is a strange coincidence between Miley and the “person” in the pic …. On the person’s right ring finger there's a tattoo that strongly resembles Cyrus' equals-sign tat.
