Lady Gaga Has Had Hip Surgery LADY GAGA has gone under the knife. Yesterday morning, she Tweeted, quote, "Going in for surgery now. Thank you so much for sending me love and support. I will be dreaming of you."

Last week, Lady Gaga was forced to cancel the remaining dates on her tour after being diagnosed with a "labral tear of the right hip," which was caused by "strenuous repetitive movements in her performances."
