Lindsay Lohan Got Her Ass Kicked By Pitbull Two years ago, LINDSAY LOHAN sued PITBULL for name checking her in his song "Give Me Everything."
But yesterday, a judge threw it out . . . and ruled that Pitbull's lyric was protected under the First Amendment. The judge also noted that Lindsay's case was weakened by its, quote, "isolated nature." Her name only appears that one time.
