It's that time again - Boobsapalooza 2011 at Lynch's Irish Pub on Saturday, October 1st! This amazing event is hosted by Bands Against Breast Cancer which is a non-profit organization dedicated to educating and empowering women to save their own lives in the battle against breast cancer. They are in the process of conducting educational and informational activities throughout the First Coast area, and plan to expand to other areas in 2012. By using a non-traditional medium such as music, they are able to attract young people and inspire them to become more involved in the community.
The event is ten bands playing on two stages. The crowd is large and diverse. People of all ages and socio-economic backgrounds attend the event.
