Congrats to Kelly Campanaro she just won $1,000 and the title of Jacksonville's Top Mom!

Kelly Campanaro is the mother of Ryan, who at the age of 13 is battling cancer for the second time. Kelly was nominated by her good friend and neighbor, Karen, who believes it is Kelly's turn to treat herself with the grand prize money.
