Sunday is Music’s Biggest Night. The GRAMMYs are live and I can’t wait to see who takes home the awards. The three big categories are Record of the Year, Album of the Year and Song of the Year. People have explained the difference between song and record and I still can’t remember it. Something to do with who wrote it verses who sang it. Don’t forget about Best New Artist as well.
Record of the Year...
And the nominees are... Bad Bunny “DtMF”, Sabrina Carpenter “Manchild”, Doechii “Anxiety”, Billie Eilish “Wildflower”, Lady Gaga “Abracadabra”, Kendrick Lamar & Sza “Luther”, Chappell Roan “The Subway” and Rose & Bruno Mars “APT”. My guess goes with APT. Lots of great songs, but we played that one the most on the radio so it’s got to be the biggest, right?
Album of the Year...
Bad Bunny, Justin Bieber, Sabrina Carpenter, Clipse, Pusha T & Malice, Lady Gaga, Kendrick Lamar, Leon Thomas and Tyler, The Creator. I’ll go with Bad Bunny on this one. He’s doing the Super Bowl, dude’s got fans.

Best New Artist...
Olivia Deam, KATSEYE, The Marias, Addison Rae, sombr, Leon Thomas, Alex Warren and Lola Young. Lots of great new talent this year and some really big songs. It’s a toss up for me between Alex Warren, Olivia Dean and sombr. I’m a bigger fan of Olivia Dean, but thinking about the BEST new artist I think it goes to Alex Warren or sombr. Alex Warren “Ordinary” was a HUGE song and broke records for longest on the charts. sombr has already had a few songs make it big. But Olivia Dean is really good. I don’t know, I’m guessing it’s one of the three!
