Video of Diddy Beating Up His Girlfriend Cassie in 2016 Has Surfaced

A disturbing video from 2016 showing Sean “Diddy” Combs, assaulting former girlfriend Cassie has surfaced this week, Diddy settled with Cassie earlier this year after she sued him, but denied her claims.  Now he’s apologizing and saying he’s in therapy.

Back in November, Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura sued him for rape and abuse.  Her allegations included a claim that Diddy physically assaulted her in a hotel hallway in March of 2016.

Cassie also claimed that Diddy paid the hotel $50,000 for security footage that captured the assault.  Through his attorney, Diddy called her claims “offensive and outrageous” . . . but he still settled with her the next day.

He did NOT admit guilt, but now we know why he settled so quickly.  On Friday, CNN posted that surveillance video, and it’s horrifying.

It shows Diddy punching Cassie, kicking her while she’s down, dragging her by her sweatshirt, and throwing a vase at her.

The day after the video surfaced, Combs took to Instagram with an apology, stating he was “at rock bottom” when that video happened, and apologized for his actions:

He added, quote, “I take full responsibility for my actions in that video.  I was disgusted then when I did it.  I’m disgusted now.  I went and I sought out professional help.  I got into going to therapy, going to rehab.

“I had to ask God for his mercy and grace.  I’m so sorry.  But I’m committed to be a better man each and every day.  I’m not asking for forgiveness.  I’m truly sorry.”

The video of the violent attack can be seen here, but warning, it is violent and disturbing.
