9OH-411: Jacksonville Jaguars ROAR Has Some New Tricks Up Their Sleeves for the Upcoming Season

The Jacksonville Jaguars are gearing up for another season kicking off THIS Sunday, September 13 against the Cleveland Browns at Everbank Stadium, and the ROAR is ready to bring plenty of energy to game days! πŸ†πŸ’™

Cait recently caught up with some members of the Jaguars ROAR to talk about the upcoming season, what fans can expect and some of the exciting things the organization has in store.

From changes to the game-day experience to what fans will see at the stadium, the ROAR says there are some new things up their sleeves that fans will have to see for themselves.

The home opener will also serve as a 9/11 Remembrance game, with attendees asked to arrive early for commemorative programming and the national anthem.

Pregame activities will take place at the Fan Entertainment Zone in the Flex Field behind Daily’s Place, starting at 11:20 a.m. through Gates 1, 4, and 7. The first 300 fans visiting the area can receive a complimentary poster created by Jacksonville artist Mason Mushinski:

Additional pregame events include the Hard Rock Bet Party Bus on the West Plaza, autograph signings with former players, and youth football drills.

The ROAR reminds us of the new Fan Favorites menu where you can get classics like hot dogs, burgers, beer, pretzels and more for under $5!

With construction continuing to take over the Stadium of the Future, the ROAR reminds fans to arrive even earlier than usual to tackle the road changes and traffic flow.

NOTE: Parking lots open 4 hours prior to kickoff and attendees must download mobile parking passes before arriving at assigned lots.

Traffic exiting the stadium will be affected by ongoing construction on the Main Street Bridge, which limits southbound vehicles to a single lane. Westbound traffic leaving the stadium may be rerouted toward the Acosta Bridge to assist with traffic flow.

To handle warm temperatures, fans are permitted to bring two 16.9-ounce or smaller factory-sealed plastic water bottles into the stadium. Refillable water stations and complimentary cups are available at water fountains throughout the venue, alongside a Jacksonville Transportation Authority cooling bus located near Gate One.
