Lets face it, relationships take work, and perhaps the biggest part of that work...communication! If you want your relationship to work, you’ve got to communicate! All it takes is one wrong thing said in the heat of the moment to destroy your relationship, so we’re here to help!

“When we’re in the heat of the moment, we can say things we don’t mean. Of course, you can apologize. But there are some phrases where an apology isn’t enough. If you want your relationship to last, you should never say these things to your partner.

• “If you loved me, you would…”
• “You’re just like your mother/father”
• “You always..” or “You never…”
• “Why can’t you be more like…”
• “It’s your fault”
• “I’m fine”
• “You’re overreacting”
• “Whatever”

These should be obvious those of you who have been in relationships before, but to those who haven’t, we want to look out for you! In order to have a successful relationship, you have to know what to say, and what NOT to say!
