Northeast Florida could soon be getting two major additions that would completely change the local lifestyle scene. First, luxury gym chain Lifetime Fitness is reportedly eyeing a location at Durbin Park Pavilion in St. Johns County. But this isn’t your average gym — Lifetime is known for turning fitness into a full experience, with upscale amenities like pools, saunas, pickleball courts, co-working spaces, cafés, and high-end fitness classes. For an area that’s rapidly growing, it would bring a whole new level of wellness and recreation to the community.
At the same time, Jacksonville’s future soccer stadium continues to take shape near the St. Johns Town Center.
