Benson Boone is giving fans something new to sip on!
The singer announced on Instagram that he’s teamed up with Caliwater for a new flavor, Dragon Fruit, officially available nationwide.
So, what exactly is Caliwater?
Caliwater is a cactus-based beverage co-founded by actress Vanessa Hudgens and entrepreneur Oliver Trevena in 2021. The drink is made with prickly pear cactus fruit sourced from the Sonoran Desert and is designed to offer a refreshing alternative to traditional sports drinks and sugary beverages.
According to the brand, Caliwater contains five naturally occurring electrolytes, antioxidants and vitamins C and E. These nutrients can help support hydration and overall wellness. The drink is also marketed as a lower-sugar, lower-calorie option, with many varieties containing around 25 to 35 calories per can.

Beyond hydration, sustainability is another part of the company’s mission. Prickly pear cactus requires significantly less water to grow than many traditional crops, and Caliwater packages its beverages in recyclable cans.
The brand offers several flavors, including Prickly Pear, Watermelon, Pineapple, Blood Orange and Ginger + Lime. The new Dragon Fruit flavor adds to its growing lineup, with Boone helping bring the latest addition to life.
