Okay… this might be the best news you hear all day 👀

What if we told you that eating chocolate, cheese, and yogurt could actually help you live longer?

Yeah… no joke.

A massive study looking at over 3 MILLION people found that those who ate more:

  • 🍫 Chocolate
  • 🧀 Cheese
  • 🥄 Yogurt (and other fermented dairy)

…had lower overall death rates, especially when it comes to heart disease ❤️

🦠 Why it works

It all comes down to your gut and heart health:

  • Yogurt = packed with good bacteria for your gut
  • Chocolate = contains compounds that support heart health
  • Cheese = part of that fermented dairy combo that may help overall wellness

So yeah… your snack choices might be doing more for you than you thought 😅

⚠️ Not EVERYTHING made the list

Before you go all-in on every fermented food…

Some didn’t make the cut, including:

  • Sourdough bread 🍞
  • Miso 🍜

So not all “trendy” foods are created equal.

Don’t get carried away just yet.
