So if you saw that prank call to Shedeur Sanders during the NFL Draft and started thinking you’d make a return to your prank calling days...you might think twice after hearing this...
The NFL just came down HARD with the fines, and it’s no joke.
The Atlanta Falcons are being hit with a $250,000 fine, and defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich has to cough up another $100,000 of his own money— all thanks to a prank call pulled by his own son, 21-year-old Jax Ulbrich.
Apparently, Jax was at his parents’ house, saw Shedeur’s number on his dad’s open iPad, and wrote it down so he could prank call him later.
No word yet on whether Jeff is gonna make Jax pay him back — but honestly, if you’re out here catching six-figure L’s because your kid wanted to go viral, that’s a family meeting in the making if I’ve ever heard one.
To make it messier — the NFL says there were other prank calls. Abdul Carter, who went #3 overall, also got one during the draft. No confirmation yet if Jax was behind that one too… but the league is watching.
