🎶 Nirvana Wins Child Pornography Lawsuit Over Iconic “Nevermind” Baby Cover

Talk about a stretch! 🙄 The man who was photographed as the naked baby on Nirvana’s 1991 Nevermind cover just lost his lawsuit against the band.

Spencer Elden — now in his 30s — has been trying to argue that the photo counted as child pornography and that his parents didn’t consent to it being used. But a federal judge just tossed the case, saying “neither the pose, focal point, setting, nor overall context suggest the album cover features sexually explicit conduct.” 🎤 Case closed.

And here’s the kicker: the judge also pointed out that Elden has spent years cashing in on being “the Nirvana baby” — signing autographs, recreating the photo for fun, and bragging about it. Soooo suing over it decades later feels like a major reach. 🤷‍♂️

Let’s be real — that album cover is one of the most iconic in music history. Instead of dragging Nirvana to court, maybe Elden should be proud he’s literally a part of pop culture forever. 🌎🎸🔥

The case may not be totally over yet (his lawyers can appeal), but for now Nirvana walks away with the win.

The “Nevermind” cover remains one of the most iconic album images in rock history — and now, legally, it stays that way. 🎸💿
