Apparently, some of us are living in fantasyland this spooky season ๐Ÿ‘€ โ€” because a new poll found that 1 in 6 Americans actually think their pets enjoy dressing up for Halloween. ๐Ÿ˜…

Yep. According to the survey, 16% of people swear their furry friends like or even LOVE wearing costumes ๐Ÿพโœจ. Another 24% think their pets donโ€™t mind it too much . . . while a big 45% admit their animals definitely hate it. ๐Ÿ˜พ๐ŸŽƒ

The poll didnโ€™t separate cats from dogs (but letโ€™s be real โ€” cats arenโ€™t exactly fans of your costume ideas ๐Ÿ˜ค๐Ÿˆ). Meanwhile, dogs might tolerate the bumblebee wings ๐Ÿ or hot dog outfit ๐ŸŒญ long enough for a few Instagram pics. ๐Ÿ“ธ

๐Ÿ’ฌ Fun fact: Around a third of Americans have dressed up their pets before โ€” or plan to this year. And not surprisingly, Gen Z leads the pack, with 35% saying theyโ€™ll put their pets in costume . . . compared to just 18% of seniors. ๐Ÿ‘ต๐Ÿพ

๐ŸŽญ As for 2025โ€™s top-trending dog costumes? According to Google Frightgeist, itโ€™s Labubu and Derpy the Tiger from KPop Demon Hunters! ๐Ÿฏ๐Ÿ”ฅ

So whether your petโ€™s rocking a spooky โ€˜fit or giving you the side-eye from under that pumpkin hat . . . just remember โ€” treats first, photos later. ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿ“ท๐Ÿพ
