You can take this as a sign that Spring Break is about to start... when someone shows up in a “Hair” Bikini you just know.
In the post the Clearwater Police say that the Pennsylvania man sported the hair bikini to bring smiles to the faces of many. It worked -- as you can see with Cpl. Giordano and Officer Perz.
They then asked for your help in captioning this photo.... All i have to say is his tan lines are going to SUCK!
